What the introductory call covers
Twenty to thirty minutes, free and with no obligation. We look at what brings you here, how I work, what coaching can and cannot do, and whether it fits. You decide afterwards. There is no closing pressure and no follow-up chasing.
It is explicitly not a free coaching session and not an assessment.
What to write — and what is not needed
A few sentences are enough: roughly what this is about and which area fits.
Please do not send diagnostic reports, medical letters, assessment paperwork or detailed health information through the form. The form deliberately does not ask for any of it, and a web form is not the right route for such documents. Whatever is professionally relevant can be discussed in the introductory call.

What happens in the introductory call?
In 20 to 30 minutes we look at what brings you here, how I work and whether that fits. You also hear where the limits of coaching are. The call is free and commits you to nothing — and it is explicitly not a free coaching session.
What does coaching cost?
Rates differ for Switzerland, Germany and Austria, because invoicing is handled separately in each country. Payment is by invoice before the session. The current rates, payment terms and cancellation conditions are discussed in the introductory call, before any work begins.
