Bridge & Bloom Coaching for ADHD, Autism & Neurodiversity

Privacy

This page describes what data arises when you visit bridge-and-bloom.ch and when you send an enquiry. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, embeds no external fonts or social media components, and makes no connection to third parties when a page loads. The enquiry form collects only what is needed to reply and explicitly does not ask for health data.

What this website does not do

These points are implemented technically and have been verified against the delivered code:

  • No cookies. The site sets no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. That is also why there is no cookie banner — there would be nothing to consent to.
  • No browser storage. No data is placed in localStorage, sessionStorage or a browser database.
  • No analytics or tracking services. There is no Google Analytics, no Matomo and no comparable tool. Visitor behaviour is not analysed.
  • No external fonts. The typeface is served from this site’s own server. Loading a page sends no data to Google Fonts or any other font network.
  • No social media components. There are no like buttons, feeds or embedded posts building connections in the background.
  • No embedded booking widget. The calendar service opens through a link rather than being embedded. Simply reading the page therefore transmits nothing to that provider.
  • No third-party connections on page load. Loading a page retrieves files only from this site’s own server.

Server logs

When the website is accessed, log data necessarily arises at the hosting provider: IP address, time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system identifiers, and the previously visited page where the browser transmits it. This data serves operation, stability and security.

The website is hosted with Hostinger, where this log data arises. Server location, the retention period for log data and the data processing agreement are not yet stated in this notice.

Enquiry form

The form deliberately collects little: name, email address, optionally a phone number, the area this is about, a short message and your preferred language.

It does not ask for a diagnosis, medical history or any other health data. If you write something about that yourself, it is used solely to answer your enquiry — it is not required. A web form is generally the wrong route for diagnostic reports and assessment paperwork.

A hidden field protects against automated spam. It is invisible to people, not reachable by keyboard, is not evaluated and contains no data about you. A captcha is deliberately not used: it would be an additional hurdle for exactly the people getting in touch here.

The details are used to answer your enquiry.

The form data does not go to a form service. It is processed on the same hosting that serves the website, and delivered from there by email to the practice mailbox. No recipient is added who is not already involved in serving the website.

How long enquiries are kept will be added once that is settled.

Appointment booking

No external booking service is currently in use. Appointments for the introductory call are arranged through the enquiry form; the section above applies to it.

Online coaching

Coaching sessions by video run through an external video service. Sessions are not recorded.

Provider, encryption and server location will be added once the service is settled.

Confidentiality in coaching

What is discussed in coaching sessions is confidential. That is something other than the data protection of this website and is agreed separately — for people under 18 additionally in writing, including the arrangements on parental involvement and the statutory exceptions.

How this is handled is set out under how I work.

Your rights

You have rights to information about the data held about you, to correction of inaccurate data and to deletion. Depending on whether Swiss or European law applies, further rights follow, such as restriction of processing, data portability and objection.

To exercise any of these rights, a message to the address given in the imprint is enough.

Language

This page is the English version. The German privacy notice is the authoritative one; if the two differ, that is an error and worth reporting.

Data protection enquiries

There is no separate address for data protection enquiries. The general contact address is the one to use.
