In-person coaching in Rheinfelden

A room outside your everyday life

For some conversations it helps to step out of your own surroundings for an hour. A room that always looks the same, that you travel to and then leave again, makes something possible that a video call from your own bedroom does not — particularly when home is where much of the tension already sits.

In-person sessions are not better coaching than online. They are a different format for people it suits.

When in-person sessions make sense

• When face-to-face contact makes it easier to get talking.
• When there is nowhere at home to speak undisturbed.
• When a consistent, quiet room lowers the overall load, particularly with sensory sensitivity.
• When travelling from Rheinfelden and the north-west of Switzerland is realistic for you.

If you live further away, online coaching is the practical choice. It is the same service.

Appointments

In-person sessions are by arrangement. There is no drop-in, because coaching needs preparation and nobody should have a first conversation squeezed into a gap.

The usual route: a free introductory call first — normally online or by phone — and in-person appointments arranged after that.

Getting there, parking and access

Details on public transport, walking routes, parking and how accessible the building is will be added once they have been verified on site.

This is deliberately left open. For autistic people and for anyone with limited mobility, wrong information about access is worse than none: you plan around it and then find a staircase nobody mentioned.

Until that information is here: ask before your first appointment about whatever you need to know — steps, lift, toilet, noise, waiting area, lighting or how to arrive. I will answer specifically for what is actually there, and will not guess.

One location only

Bridge & Bloom has a single real location, and this is it. There are no additional pages for Basel, Zurich, Aarau or other cities where no appointments take place. You are of course welcome to travel from those cities — but building a page that implies a location which does not exist would be misleading.
