Introductory call
The introductory call lasts 20 to 30 minutes, is free and commits you to nothing. It is there to clarify what brings you here, to explain how I work and where the limits of coaching lie, and to judge together whether this fits. It takes place online or by phone, in English or German. It is explicitly not a free coaching session and not an assessment.
What happens in those 20 to 30 minutes
It is a short conversation with a clear purpose: finding out whether this is the right thing for you.
We talk about:
- what brings you here — in broad terms; you do not have to explain at length or prove anything;
- how I work — so you can judge whether that suits you;
- what coaching can and cannot do — honestly, including when the answer is that something else fits better;
- how it could continue — format, rhythm, frame, and what it costs.
At the end you decide. There is no closing pressure and no follow-up chasing.
What it is not
The introductory call is not a free coaching session. Twenty minutes is not enough to begin solid work on a concern, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
It is also not an assessment. I will not tell you whether you have ADHD or autism — I cannot and may not.
And it is not a crisis conversation. If things are acutely bad right now, please contact the medical or emergency psychiatric services where you live. An appointment next week does not help in that moment.
If you are under 18
You can get in touch yourself. For people under 18, those with parental responsibility need to be involved before the work begins — consent, the frame, and the question of what is shared with parents are agreed in writing beforehand.
This is not a formality against you. It is what makes it possible for you to know where you stand, so that nobody reinterprets things afterwards.
For parents
You can arrange an introductory call for yourself. Parent coaching does not require your child to take part.
If you are enquiring on behalf of your child: with teenagers it works far better when the young person is involved from the start. Coaching against someone’s will does not work in practice. If your child does not want it yet, that is a good reason for a conversation with you — not a reason to talk them into it.
Rates
Rates differ for Switzerland, Germany and Austria, because invoicing is handled separately in each country. Payment is by invoice before the session.
The specific amounts, payment terms and cancellation conditions are not published on this website. In the introductory call you will hear the rates that apply before any work begins.
Arrange an appointment
Appointments are arranged through the enquiry form.
No calendar service, no account, nothing passed to a third party. You write briefly what it is about and get suggested times back.
